My ankle is still really swollen from falling down. I don’t think anything is broken, but it is pretty bruised and stuff. Probably just a sprain. I’m walking ok on it. I’ve been a lazy little bum, and not going to the gym. (I do still have a cold too, but I don’t think it’s so bad that I can’t work out.) Shame on me. Tomorrow morning I will make it to the gym. I need to do some cross training until I can run again. I should be more upset, but I’m really not. I have plenty of time to get ready for my half, and I have a back up half so I’m not too worried. However, I don’t like that I’m just doing nothing. If I cross train, I can keep myself in decent shape to start my half marathon plan.
I promise to make it to the gym tomorrow. Done and done.
