Wow! Where the hell have I been. I really think that is the longest I’ve gone without blogging in years.
So, why so quiet? Because there is not very much going on here.
I continue to work on Willow’s separation issues. The vet has prescribed what is basically puppy prozac. I’m happy to say that I am seeing HUGE improvements. Finally.
I am now able to run after work. It’s nice and cool so it’s not too bad. I miss running in the morning, but until Willow stops barking when I leave the house that is just not in the cards. I’m running whenever I can basically.
Otherwise, things here are static quo. I’m going to try to post daily through November, so get ready for some mundane shit like, discussing my mediocre running. It’s all about getting back in the habit, righht? Right.
What are y’all up to?

So my friend has to hide her dog’s prozac inside a little piece of cheese, just thought I’d share that. Will you eventually be able to take Willow running with you, or do beagles suck at that?
I discussed Willow running with me and since she is a hunting breed she can run with me daily. Turns out beagles can go up to 6 miles daily. The vet wanted me to wait until she was around a year old and then slowly build her up. Oddly, my “run” pace is her just trotting. She does a mile or so now and we’re going to continue to build.
I hide her prozac in peanut butter or string cheese. But, she’s such a pig you can basically just hand it to her.
