I really don’t want to post these images. These are the best of them that I could find. Every single picture I’m gritting my teeth. I find this weird since I would see the cameras and smile. I guess they already got me doing my little bitchface. Too bad, so sad.

In other news, I think I found the perfect “rest” day workout. I’d been struggling to figure out how to get my 30 day shred workouts in without affecting my running. Today, I wanted to shred then go for a 4 mile run. Unfortunately, my legs were pretty damn dead after the workout so I only did 2 miles. FAST! This was perfect. So, on Shred days I’ll fire off a quick little 2-3 mile run afterwards. My mileage stays up, but I’m still working my run in.

I’ve been seeing my chiro the past few weeks. I credit him with my triumph at the A1A Marathon. A quick adjustment from him and I was up and running. I’m still having a bit of pain in my ass, so I’ve been seeing him about once a week. He told me that my hips are still a bit out off whack, but he wants to drop down to as needed since I’m runnig well. He did note that though I’m FAR more flexible than most, my hips and stuff are ridiculously tight which is most likely throwing everything out of whack. I really need to do a lot of stretching. In searching for new interesting stretches I found this:
This stretch is awesome. If you dig around she has other ones for the hip which look pretty cool,too. I’m all over them.
With that, my ass is off to bed. I’m exhausted lately.
